Alpine Campers are an all Australian family owned business manufacturing Hybrid Campers & Caravans on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. As innovators in our industry, our continued growth means we are looking to expand our sales team with the addition of a Sales Consultant to our Caboolture showroom. Our product is unique – as is the person we are looking for, so full training will be provided for the candidate that fits!!

THE ROLE

• As a Sales Consultant you will report directly to our Sales Manager and be responsible for the day to day operations of our showroom including:
• Welcoming customers and attending to their enquiries (face to face, phone & online)
• Maintaining CRM system and completing all tasks
• Manage customer experience from order signing to delivery
• Update customers on supply chain issues, including shortages or discontinued items.
• After-market sales, including accessories (commissions apply)
• Managing customer expectations.
• Conduct camper viewings and handovers
• Setting up showroom displays and product presentations
• Handling post sale enquiries
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows (if required)

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Has minimum 3 years experience in sales (camper/automotive advantageous) 
• Exceptional demonstrated customer service experience
• Proven relationship management experience
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Has sound computer literacy
• Displays exceptional interpersonal skills
• Is a solid negotiator
